Job summary

ASR International Corporation is seeking a Civil Engineer to provide design technical support for NAVFAC Northwest, covering site civil design, utilities, stormwater and related infrastructure projects. The role requires coordinating with multi-discipline teams and government stakeholders.

The position emphasizes reviewing layouts, ensuring code compliance, using AutoCAD Civil 3D, and producing technical reports. A bachelor’s degree and 6 years of design experience are required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required (Green Card holders are not eligible).
• Must be able to pass a T1 security background check.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of six (6) years of design management and/or design experience.
• Demonstrated experience with site civil design, utilities, and stormwater systems.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities
