Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil, Environmental, or Biological Engineering.
• Min 3 years of related environmental engineering experience (6 years preferred).
• Previous consulting experience is strongly preferred.
• PE license preferred; construction oversight experience highly valued.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Leading or supporting engineering teams to deliver high-quality civil or environmental designs.
• Coordinating and supporting multidisciplinary projects with varying technical complexity.
• Preparing design documentation: criteria, letters, memos, reports, drawings, cost estimates.
• Directing and reviewing work products by early-career staff.
• Providing technical leadership and conducting QA/QC reviews.
• Managing project scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and client expectations.
• Establishing client relations and participating in marketing and design meetings.
• Championing QA/QC procedures and training.
