Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Project Manager for Environmental Services Global Practice to support the Environmental Engineering team. The role focuses on developing and profitably managing multiple clients and projects across Kansas City, Omaha, and Oklahoma City.

The successful candidate will lead proposal development, define scopes and fees, provide technical guidance, and manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, while coordinating with regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, architecture or related field.
• Experience in business development, client maintenance, and proposal development.
• Strong project management and regulatory coordination experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and profitably manage multiple client projects.
• Lead proposal development, marketing, and scope/fee definitions.
• Provide technical guidance to project staff and QA/QC tasks.
• Manage subcontractors, contracts, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance.
• Travel as required (up to 25%).
