Job summary

Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. (SEH) is seeking an engineering professional to support transportation, municipal, and site development projects.

You will use AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop designs for roadways, trails, sidewalks, and utilities, and collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams. You will prepare construction plans, specs, quantity calculations, and technical reports, while performing site visits and construction observation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with transportation, municipal or site development projects

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, design, and delivery of transportation, municipal, and site development projects
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop designs for roadways, trails, sidewalks, utility systems, and site improvements
• Prepare construction plans, specifications, quantity calculations, cost estimates, and technical reports
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams
• Perform site visits, field reviews, and construction observation activities
• Manage assigned project tasks and communicate progress to teams
