Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–4 years of civil engineering experience, with experience leading design aspects of development projects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Grading Design, Technical Writing, 3-D Modeling, MS Office, and Plan Interpretation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams on various assignments, providing technical training and guidance.
• Partner with project teams and clients to prepare project documents and proposals.
• Draft, review, and finalize project deliverables including: Site plans Engineering reports Cost estimates Project schedules Permit applications Due diligence reports.
• Make edits and modifications to plans based on client and agency feedback.
• Research local/state zoning requirements for properties and projects.
• Conduct site visits and field assignments.
• Analyze site survey data and consider development factors.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments efficiently and according to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, municipalities, and agencies under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Update Project Manager and Team Leader on workload status.
• Apply fundamental engineering concepts to practical situations.
