Job summary

You will prepare site development drawings, design water, sewer, and storm drainage systems, develop supporting calculations, and coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams while refining

Qualifications

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 2+ years of experience designing land development projects using Civil 3D.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interact with clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with a client service–oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site development drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Design water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure systems.
• Develop engineering design considerations and supporting calculations for site development projects.
• Prepare permit applications and supporting documentation for local and state agencies.
• Coordinate regularly with clients, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Model and refine designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
