Civil Engineer (4+ Years)

Responsibilities

• Prepare site development plans for commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, and public-sector projects
• Design grading, drainage, stormwater management, water, and sanitary sewer systems
• Assist with conceptual planning, preliminary engineering, and construction document preparation
• Coordinate with internal multidisciplinary teams, architects, developers, and public agencies
• Participate in permitting, agency coordination, and entitlement processes
• Conduct site visits and provide support during construction
• Collaborate with senior engineers and support junior staff as projects progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• EIT certification required; PE license preferred or ability to obtain licensure in Washington
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in civil engineering and site development
• Experience preparing site plans, grading plans, drainage studies, utility layouts, and stormwater designs
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
