Who We Are:

TWG Engineering is a full-service project delivery firm, providing engineering, land surveying, GIS, and utility inspection services nationwide. We serve both public and private clients, helping them tackle complex civil and utility challenges from concept to completion.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare engineering calculations for grading, drainage, and utility systems.
• Produce construction documents and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align design with execution.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure design implementation.
• Respond to RFIs and provide technical insights during construction.
• Support a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• 3+ years of experience in civil design or engineering
• PE license or working toward one (preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Ability to interpret construction documents and work independently
• A commitment to excellence, clear communication, and creative problem-solving

Good Faith Salary Range: The annual starting salary for this position is between $100,000 to $125,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
