Job summary

Impact Recruitment is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our land development team in Orlando, FL. Work on residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects from concept through permitting. A Professional Engineer license is not required.

Design utilities, manage multiple projects, and coordinate with municipalities and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of civil engineering or land development design experience.
• Experience with grading, drainage design, and ICPR4.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of land development design and permitting processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
