POSITION SUMMARY

Seeking a Civil Engineer II to support the firm's progressive and dynamic civil and environmental engineering team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist with the preparation and modification of various engineering documents including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, and design plans for projects.
2. Lead or assist with the preparation of construction documents.
3. Work with junior, mid-level, and senior team members of various disciplines on project tasks and assignments.
4. Develop and work within budget and schedule.
5. Prepare plan drawings, technical specifications, design documentation reports, bid quantities, and construction cost estimates.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

1. 2+ years of post-graduate professional experience.
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
3. Experience in preparing and advancing plan set packages through all project phases.
4. In-depth knowledge of civil/structural standards, methods, and practices.
5. Experience with tools such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
6. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and strong written and oral communication skills.

DESIRED ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE

1. Professional Engineering registration is highly preferred, or the intention to complete registration.
