Job summary

Job Details

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain through reciprocity
• 10–15+ years of municipal, civil, transportation, or infrastructure engineering experience
• Experience managing municipal utility, roadway, drainage, and site development projects
• Strong project management and client relationship skills
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, OpenRoads Designer, Bentley CONNECT, or similar design platforms
• Knowledge of stormwater management, utility coordination, roadway design, and permitting
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to future office and team growth

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year
