Job summary

Atwell, LLC, a national leader in consulting, engineering, and construction services, seeks a Civil Design Drafter to support site development projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will prepare site layouts, grading, erosion control, storm sewer, water, and sanitary sewer plans, and perform plan revisions per comments.

• 4–10 years of civil design experience in land development.

Responsibilities

• Provide drafting guidance and establish standards for the design team.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce drawings per Atwell standards.
• Create site layout, grading, drainage, and utility plans.
• Review survey data including ALTA surveys and legal documents.
• Revise plans per comments from authorities and clients.
• Coordinate with PMs/Team Leaders to manage workflow and schedule.
