You will prepare site plans, reports, cost estimates, and schedules, while ensuring compliance with zoning requirements and quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, technical writing, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Grading Design, and modeling tools, in a collaborative office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–5 years civil engineering experience, development project design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project teams and clients to prepare project documents and proposals.
• Draft, review, and finalize project deliverables including site plans, engineering reports, cost estimates, project schedules, permit applications, and due diligence reports.
• Make edits based on client and agency feedback; research zoning requirements; conduct site visits and field assignments.
• Analyze site survey data and development factors; utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to complete assignments; communicate with clients and agencies; update Project Manager on workload; apply fundamental engineering concepts.
