Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a CAD Designer with 4+ years of land development experience to draft site plans, grading, and utility layouts using AutoCAD Civil 3D. The role involves reviewing survey data, adjusting plans per agencies, and coordinating with project teams to meet schedules.

Responsibilities include preparing erosion and construction layouts, and ensuring plans adhere to Atwell standards while engaging with PMs to manage workload and chargeability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design experience in residential, commercial or industrial land development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software packages.
• Knowledge of site development drawings and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for design staff regarding drafting practices and procedures.
• Produce drawings including soil erosion plans, site layout, grading, and utilities.
• Review survey data to analyze site conditions and development factors.
• Edit and modify plans as directed by agencies, municipalities, and clients.
• Communicate with Project Managers and Team Leaders on workflow status to meet chargeability goals.
