Job summary

Synectics Inc. seeks a CAD/Civil Designer to develop detailed site layouts and complex grading and drainage plans. You will model designs with AutoCAD Civil 3D and work closely with licensed engineers and surveyors on live projects across multiple clients and sectors.

You will ensure construction documents are accurate, compliant, and tailored to client needs, contributing to high-quality infrastructure outcomes and long-term project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil site design and drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and standard CAD software.
• Solid understanding of land development, grading, drainage, and utility design.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft detailed civil site layouts including grading and drainage.
• Model project layouts using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software.
• Collaborate with project engineers, surveyors and external partners from concept through construction.
• Prepare and review construction documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Tailor designs to meet diverse client requirements.
