A leading planning and engineering firm in Warrington is hiring a Civil Designer / CAD Professional to join its growing site development team. This role is ideal for a technically strong designer with 5+ years of experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, who is ready to take ownership of designs across residential, commercial, educational, and mixed-use projects.

Position: Civil Designer / CAD Professional
Experience Level: 5–10+ years

Salary: $65,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and draft civil/site development plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Create grading, stormwater, utility, and erosion/sediment control designs

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients across multiple projects

• Conduct site research and apply local/state design standards

• Support regulatory permitting efforts (NPDES, zoning, etc.)

• Manage your own design projects from start to finish

Qualifications:

• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in land development or civil/site design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a must
