Job summary

WSB in Minnesota is seeking a Civil Engineer who will develop designs under licensed engineer guidance, prepare drawings for land development, site design, renewables and municipal projects, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, experience in civil design, proficiency in Civil 3D, strong attention to detail, and a valid driver's license with ability to travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in civil design and engineering.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D design software is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop civil engineering designs under the guidance of a licensed engineer.
• Prepare and revise technical drawings and construction documents for land development, site design, renewables and municipal projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines to ensure consistency and accuracy across project deliverables.
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure plans and specifications are complete, accurate, and constructible.
• Support project managers with conceptual, preliminary, and final design efforts, including cost estimates and proposals.
• Participate in client and team meetings to support project delivery and address technical questions.
