WSB is a design and consulting firm delivering transportation, municipal, and land development projects across the nation. We are seeking an Engineering Technician, Municipal to support licensed engineers with civil design and drawings.

You will prepare construction documents, collaborate with project teams, and contribute to quality control, accuracy, and client meetings. A two-year degree and Civil 3D proficiency are required; willingness to travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in civil design and engineering.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D design software is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and disciplines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop civil engineering designs under the guidance of a licensed engineer
• Prepare and revise technical drawings and construction documents for land development, site design, renewables and municipal projects
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project teams to deliver high-quality design solutions
• Coordinate with internal disciplines to ensure consistency and accuracy across project deliverables
• Perform quality control reviews to ensure plans and specifications are complete, accurate, and constructible
• Support project managers with conceptual, preliminary, and final design efforts, including cost estimates and proposals
• Participate in client and team meetings to support project delivery and address technical questions
