Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 4+ years of civil design and project management experience.
• Tennessee PE license.
• Experience designing site and roadway plans for permitting and construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Lead the design and development of site and roadway projects.
• Oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and construction plans.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
• Direct and mentor engineers, designers, and technicians.
• Prepare cost estimates and proposals; perform QA/QC and identify risks.
