Job summary

You will ensure compliance with design standards and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

This role emphasizes QA/QC, project delivery, and strong leadership across disciplines and locations, including meetings, presentations, and community engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license required (Alabama) with 10+ years roadway design experience.
• 10+ years of experience in roadway design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MicroStation/OpenRoads.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple roadway design projects from development through construction.
• Ensure compliance with MNDOT design standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff across disciplines and locations.
• Lead project delivery, contract preparation, bidding, and construction oversight.
• Coordinate technical accuracy and enforce QA/QC measures.
• Represent the firm in meetings, presentations, and community engagements.
