Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Civil Engineer to support project teams by leading design aspects and addressing engineering issues across diverse projects. You will develop proficiency in civil engineering principles while collaborating closely with project managers, team members, and clients.

Responsibilities include preparing project documents, site plans, reports, cost estimates, schedules, permits, and due diligence while ensuring plans meet client and agency feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of civil engineering experience with development projects preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, grading, technical writing, 3-D modeling, MS Office, and plan interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design aspects and coordinate with project teams and clients.
• Prepare and finalize documents: site plans, reports, estimates, schedules, permits, and diligence reports.
• Edit plans based on client and agency feedback.
• Research local/state zoning requirements and conduct site visits.
• Analyze site survey data and development factors.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to complete assignments with quality standards.
• Communicate with clients, municipalities, and agencies under the PM guidance.
• Update PM and Team Leader on workload status.
• Apply fundamental engineering concepts to practical situations.
