Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Professional Engineer License in Texas
• 4+ years of experience in site/civil land development engineering
• Experience across residential, retail, commercial, industrial and municipal projects
• Local private development experience with land use permits and zoning knowledge
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient with Civil 3D

• Report Preparation and Master Planning Studies, specs and cost estimates

• Comply with Federal, State, City and County Standards
• Report Preparation and Conceptual Studies
