Impact Recruitment is seeking a Civil Design Engineer for our client in West Palm Beach, FL. The role focuses on land development projects using Civil 3D and AutoCAD, along with related drainage and road design tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, an Engineer in Training certification, and proficiency with Civil 3D. Collaboration with project teams and clients is essential, with opportunities to work on diverse urban developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• Engineer in Training Certification is required.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred but not required.
• Civil 3D is required.

Responsibilities

• Understand engineering concepts used in land development.
• Create engineering drawings, pipe networks, and corridors.
• Grade development for subdivisions, commercial, and retail sites.
• Create drainage studies and perform hydrology and hydraulic calculations.
• Design erosion control and write stormwater management plans.
• Perform roadway design and utility layouts.
• Develop water and sanitary sewer layouts.
