gpac is seeking a Civil Design Engineer in Charlotte, NC for land development and infrastructure projects from concept through construction. The role offers hybrid work with a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 plus bonus eligibility.

You will design site layouts, manage grading and utilities, and support permitting and construction administration on diverse projects. The ideal candidate has a BSCE, 2–6 years of experience, AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency, and PE or EIT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or related field.
• 2-6 years of relevant civil/site design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
• Strong understanding of stormwater design, grading, and utility layout.
• PE or EIT required.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Civil Design Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for the design and development of land development and infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
