Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a growing civil engineering team
• Manage department operations, staffing, utilization, and overall performance
• Lead business development efforts and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Mentor and develop project managers, engineers, and technical staff
• Support recruiting, workforce planning, and team growth initiatives
• Oversee project delivery, quality control, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with regional and national leadership on strategic growth initiatives
• Manage departmental financial performance, including budgets, forecasting, and profitability
• Represent the firm within the local engineering and development community
