Northern Clearing Inc. seeks a Civil Construction Superintendent to lead on-site earthwork, utilities, storm drainage and grading for solar, BESS and substation projects across the United States.

The candidate must have 15+ years of experience, enforce OSHA compliance, manage subcontractors, read permits and drawings, and operate Trimble BC, Propeller Aero and GPS/CAD tools to drive field operations. Travel nationwide is required and strong communication and leadership skills are essential for

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of experience in civil construction leadership.
• Experience reading environmental permits and drawings.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations for earthwork, utilities, and storm drainage.
• Coordinate project setup, office, yard, equipment, and personnel in large sites.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and environmental controls across projects.
• Review and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings and permit documents.
• Utilize Trimble/B.C. and GPS tools for modeling, data upload and field calibration.
