Job summary

EMC Renewables seeks a Civil Superintendent to provide on-site leadership, coordination, and supervision of all civil construction activities for PV and BESS EPC projects. Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in similar functions.
• Experience in renewable energy projects (PV/BESS) preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, and provide general supervision of all civil construction activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to drawings and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor Assistant Superintendents, Supervisors, internal crews, and subcontractors to foster safety and high performance.
• Plan, schedule, and manage labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources to optimize productivity and cost-effective execution.
• Enforce compliance with all safety policies and maintain a zero-incident work environment.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to project timelines, resolving scheduling conflicts or field issues.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, inspections, and progress tracking.
