Job summary

McCoy Group Services, LLC is seeking a Civil Superintendent to lead field operations on major civil projects, including data center facilities. You will supervise crews, coordinate with subcontractors, manage materials and schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specs.

You will read civil and utility drawings, track progress with PM software, and report daily site activities to project leadership while promoting a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large civil construction projects, preferably data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and utility drawings.
• Proficiency with scheduling and project management software.
• Extensive understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations to ensure safety, schedule, and plans are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel for productivity and quality.
• Plan and manage construction activities, including labor, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Monitor progress and address issues to minimize delays and keep project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and conformance to specs.
• Maintain daily progress reports and site activity logs.
• Support project managers and engineers to resolve field issues.
