Qualifications

• 7+ years of field leadership in site and/or mass grading.
• Experience with HCSS/Heavy Jobs, Procore or Bluebeam is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Previous experience directing and coordinating multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of civil construction principles/practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors on site.
• Enforce project safety programs and conduct job-site inspections.
• Develop and manage project site logistics and CPM schedules.
• Review drawings, specs, and coordinate with owners and inspectors.
• Track material and equipment budgets; manage expenditures.
• Provide leadership in quality, safety, and accident prevention.
• Document daily construction activities and maintain schedules.
• Support Project Managers with shop drawings, submittals, and preconstruction.
• Assist in bid opportunities and detailed scope development.
• Verify As-Built drawings are kept current.
