Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, crews, subcontractors, equipment, and site activities.
• Coordinate earthwork, grading, utilities, drainage, concrete, and site development activities.
• Maintain project schedules and communicate manpower, equipment, and material needs.
• Read and interpret civil plans, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Monitor production, quality, and jobsite progress.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe, organized jobsite.
• Identify field issues and keep projects on schedule.
