Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Project Manager for Civil Construction in Northern and Central California. You will oversee projects from award to closeout, owning budgets, schedules, coordination, and client communication to deliver safe, efficient, and profitable results.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in utility, heavy civil, or electrical construction, experience managing $5M–$25M+ projects, and proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills in a field‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of project management experience in utility, heavy civil, or electrical construction.
• Experience managing projects in the $5M-$25M+ range.
• Strong understanding of field operations, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Ability to work effectively with self-perform crews and subcontractors.
• Solid communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from award through closeout with responsibility for cost control, scheduling, coordination, and client communication.
• Work closely with superintendents and field leadership to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
