Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager for civil construction projects in Indiana, Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will lead projects from pre-construction to closeout, managing budgets and schedules.

Ideal applicants will have over 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. The position includes competitive salary and benefits package as part of a stable, reputable contractor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil, highway, or site development project management.
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts across both office and field operations.
• Experience working with DOT, municipal, or commercial clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from bid handoff through final completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and overall project performance.
• Contribute to smooth project delivery in roadway, drainage, utility, and site development.
