Job summary

C.W. Roberts Contracting, Inc. (CWR) is seeking an experienced Project Manager for area operations in Florida.

The role requires 5+ years of civil construction project management and site development experience, with strong scheduling, budgeting, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and hold a valid Florida driver’s license. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil construction projects from private to public sectors.
• Oversee scheduling, labor, materials, subcontractors, change orders, cash flows, and marketing.
• Supervise construction operations to meet budget and schedule.
• Monitor project costs and propose improvements to area management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and local ordinances; coordinate permits as needed.
