Job summary

Honeybucket is seeking a Project Coordinator for our heavy civil construction team in Washington. You will support project managers with daily admin tasks, budget tracking, and communications among office, field staff, and clients. Growth opportunities into a full Project Manager role are available.

Experience in payroll/data entry is a plus; strong Excel skills and detail orientation are essential. Monday–Friday schedule with some weekends; 100% paid medical, dental, vision, and 401K with

• Excellent communication via phone, email, and fax.

• Degree in a related field preferred but not required.
• Experience in construction or professional services considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks.
• Record keeping and filing.
• Payroll, data entry, collections or billing experience is a plus.
• Facilitate communications between office, field staff and customers.
• Help create, track, and maintain project budget and timeline.
• Maintain positive vendor, subcontractor and client relationships.
