Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience with large-scale civil/structural projects preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, MS Project, and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager and project team to estimate and execute construction projects.
• Assist in preparing bids for customers using general construction knowledge and design specs.
• Participate in implementing CR Meyer Risk Control Plan for safety on the job site.
• Assist in preparing budgets and schedules for construction projects.
• Prepare POs for project-related expenses and track labor hours and invoicing.
• Track subcontracts and vendor information; maintain records.
• Coordinate movement of equipment, tools, and supplies to complete the job.
• Monitor productivity and document results for future reference.
• Keep PM informed and act as backup when needed; maintain open communication.
