Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee operations across multiple public works projects in Prince George's and Montgomery Counties. This hands-on role requires strong field leadership, client liaison, and a drive to grow the firm.

The ideal candidate will manage project execution from site visits to finish, ensuring safety, schedule and quality while expanding relationships with municipalities and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management or field leadership in civil construction.
• Experience on public works or municipal projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling and project execution.
• Excellent communication with clients, field teams and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities across multiple public sector projects.
• Collaborate with project management, estimating, field operations and leadership teams.
• Visit sites regularly to ensure safety, schedule, and quality standards.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients, municipalities and stakeholders.
• Support planning, coordination and issue resolution.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
