Job summary

Capstone Solutions, Inc. seeks civil construction workers to support on-site projects in the greater Spokane area. The role requires 1–3 years of on-site experience, tool proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with a favorable MVR.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of on-site construction experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time (may be less depending on job locations).
• A valid driver's license + favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• High School graduate, GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to follow directions from Foreman and have a positive attitude.
• Favorable Background Check Report
• Clean Drug Test

Responsibilities

• Clear and prepare site for construction
• Assist in building structures for tower sites
• Mix and pour concrete
• Unload and load materials for job site
• Dig trenches
• Follow safety measures for Civil Field work
• Other duties as assigned
