Ideal candidates have 1–3 years on-site construction experience, know how to use hand and power tools, can travel up to 40%, hold a valid driver’s license with a good MVR, and have a high school

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of on-site construction experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time (may be less depending on job locations).
• A valid driver's license + favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• High School graduate, GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to follow directions from Foreman and have a positive attitude.
• Favorable Background Check Report.
• Clean Drug Test.

Responsibilities

• Clear and prepare site for construction.
• Assist in building structures for tower sites.
• Mix and pour concrete.
• Unload and load materials for job site.
• Dig trenches.
• Follow safety measures for Civil Field work.
• Other duties as assigned.
