Jobot seeks an experienced Civil Construction Division Manager to lead the division across Heavybid, paving, bridges and site development. The role focuses on strategic project planning, budgeting, team leadership, and delivering large civil projects on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in civil construction management, a BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, and professional credentials (PE or CCM desirable).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of civil construction management experience.
• Proven track record of large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficient in project management software tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• PE license or CCM certification is desirable.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Experience with Heavybid, paving, bridges, restoration, site development, and roadway projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the civil construction division, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Utilize expertise in Heavybid, paving, bridge, restoration, site development, and roadway to drive project success.
• Develop and implement strategies for new projects, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with other division managers, clients, and stakeholders to meet and exceed requirements.
• Provide leadership to the team and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
