Job summary

RN Civil Construction in Centennial, CO is seeking a full-time Civil Construction Administrative Engineer to support project coordination and administrative tasks. This role ensures paperwork aligns with client desires, materials are procured, and site visits verify field accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 0-3 years in construction admin, familiarity with water/wastewater projects, and strong MS Office skills. Company benefits include PTO, health insurance, retirement plan, and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• 0-3 years of experience in the construction industry administering subcontractors, purchase orders, submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and schedules.
• Experience constructing a water or wastewater infrastructure required. Candidates without experience constructing a water treatment plant, wastewater treatment plant, pump station, lift station, or similar will not be considered.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle behind-the-scenes administrative work coordinating projects.
• Collect paperwork and confirm installation plans meet client desires.
• Purchase materials, coordinate delivery, and visit job sites as needed.
• Manage projects to ensure client satisfaction and quality.
