This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
As our Project Administrative Assistant, you'll maintain project files, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, correspondence, closeout documents, and other project records. You'll coordinate meetings and distribute minutes, assist with invoicing, payroll documentation, cost coding, and accounting paperwork, and track vendor and subcontractor compliance documents. You'll also support communication between project managers, field personnel, vendors, owners, engineers, and accounting staff, maintain accurate records, prepare reports and status updates, and help organize critical closeout documentation.

We're looking for someone who can work full-time while meeting the following qualifications:
An Associate's degree in business, construction management, accounting, or a related field, construction administration, project administration, accounting support, document control experience, and experience supporting project managers, accounting teams, construction teams, or field operations are preferred.
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
