Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 15+ years in BD, program mgmt, or systems eng in aerospace.
• Strong knowledge of commercial acquisition processes and government contracting.
• Proven track record securing contracts >$20M.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead BD initiatives for civil and commercial satellite solutions.
• Develop capture and win strategies for large contracts.
• Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with client needs.
• Prepare compelling proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies.
• Grow and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Lead proposal activities including cost and technical content.

• Travel as needed for opportunities.
