Job summary

Dibble is seeking a Civil CAD Designer to join our Utilities team in Phoenix or Mesa, AZ. You will design engineering plans using AutoCAD Civil3D and coordinate with engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with agency guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of CAD design experience, an Associate's degree in drafting or related field, and strong communication skills. This on-site role supports multiple projects in a dynamic environment and promotes professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or similar drafting education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform design for engineering plans using AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Communicate design approaches and decisions with supporting documentation to Project Engineers/Managers.
• Tabulate and address review comments on deliverables from clients or engineers.
• Provide quality reviews of own work per the company quality control program.
• Prepare engineering drawings from sketches, field notes, specs.
• Coordinate CAD files and design with internal and external team members.
