Job summary

The role requires strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Sciences or related coursework.
• 3+ years of site/civil design experience including grading and stormwater.
• Familiarity with local land use permitting processes.
• Strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D design skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Use reports, maps, and plans to assess terrain and data for civil projects.
• Prepare planning and design documents with Project Engineers using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Perform zoning and other feasibility assessments for development projects.
• Conduct field inspections as needed.
• Write or review draft reports including feasibility and stormwater reports.
• Interact professionally with clients and subcontractors.
• Perform other duties as requested.
