Job summary

Branch Builds, Inc. is seeking an experienced Bulldozer Operator to join our civil division. You will operate a bulldozer to excavate, level, and distribute earth, push obstacles, and work with grade stakes. The role requires 1–3 years of bulldozer experience, knowledge of OSHA regulations, and a safety‑minded approach.

DOT experience is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with potential overtime and a strong emphasis on safe operation and productivity on the job site.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction techniques.
• 1–3 years of bulldozer operating experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• DOT experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Fastens attachments to tractor.
• Connects hydraulic hoses, belts, mechanical linkage or power takeoff shaft to tractor to provide power to raise, lower or tilt attachment.
• Operates controls to manipulate tool bars, carriers and disks.
• Operates controls to maneuver tractor and raise, lower and tilt attachments to clear right-of-way.
• Listens for stalling action of engine to estimate depth of cut.
• Operates bulldozer in successive passes to raise or lower terrain to specified grade following markings on grade stakes or hand signals.
• May service and make normal operating adjustments to equipment.
