Lionakis is seeking an Associate Principal or Principal to lead and grow the Civic project practice in the Bay Area. You will guide strategy, oversee education projects, and strengthen client partnerships while aligning with firm-wide goals.

The role combines executive leadership with business development, project oversight, and mentoring, offering hybrid work flexibility and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent.
• California Licensed Architect status required or in process.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Civic market in the Bay Area and Northern California.
• Develop and execute long-term market and practice strategies.
• Provide leadership for planning, design, and project management of complex education projects.
• Lead client engagement, proposals, and interviews; exceed performance metrics.
• Mentor and develop talent across studios and disciplines.
