Project 26 Pennsylvania is seeking a Deputy Operations Director to manage campus fellowship onboarding while supporting procurement, events, and budgeting across multiple programs. You will collaborate with Organizing, Digital, and Voter Protection teams to drive outreach on college campuses and coordinate vendor relationships for large events.
The role requires Pennsylvania residency, a valid driver’s license, and prior campaign or nonprofit organizing experience.
Project 26 Pennsylvania is the home for Pennsylvania students who are ready to challenge the far-right's attacks on our futures and build a Pennsylvania where Gen-Z can lead and thrive.
In 2026, young Pennsylvanians will have the opportunity to elect a Governor, who will be instrumental in standing up to a government that has constantly overlooked the youth. At an estimated 793,555 registered voters across the state, Gen-Z has the power to determine the outcomes of these elections – but only if we get organized now.
What Will You Do?
The Deputy Operations Director will be the key stakeholder in onboarding our campus fellowship team. Strong applicants will be able to manage multiple aspects of the hiring process while also providing support in supply procurement, event coordination, and programmatic budgeting.
Responsibilities Include:
Who Are You?
You’re a strong fit if you:
Can balance multiple priorities at once
Are ready to pivot as priorities and directives change in real-time
Want a job that aligns with your civic priorities and provides a service to your community
In short, the operations team is successful when we've set our peers up to be successful!
We are an equal opportunity employer and we strongly encourage Black, indigenous, people of color, women, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and others who identify with underrepresented groups to apply.
