The City of Austin is seeking a Senior Manager, Leadership to oversee Finance, Asset Management, Business Operations, Inventory Management, and Occupational Safety. You will guide budgeting, performance measures, and strategic programs while coordinating with executives and City Council.

Ideal candidates bring strong change-management skills, experience with GAAP budgeting, and the ability to drive efficiency across complex organizational structures.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years in department-wide budget programs or operational services, 3 years supervisory.
• Masters may substitute for two years of managerial experience.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, organizes, directs, audits and controls department support services.
• Develops short and long-range strategic plans with performance measures.
• Prepares budget documents and performance reports for executives and City Council.
• Oversees multiple divisions and coordinates cross-functional initiatives.
• Leads process improvement and resource optimization to meet goals.
