Qualifications

• Five years of verifiable experience planning, developing, implementing and administering materials management systems.
• At least three years of supervising personnel in inventory management, distribution or purchasing.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or substitute additional experience year-for-year for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, coordinates, and analyzes needs related to planning, acquisition and distribution of materials.
• Develops materials planning and control systems and coordinates inventory control.
• Monitor and improve interdepartmental materials management with Purchasing.
• Plan, supervise inventories and reconcile with automated records.
• Direct staff and provide training to managers and personnel as required.
• Coordinate procurement with the Purchasing Department and data systems integration.
