Picnic in Seattle is seeking a hands-on Operations Associate to help run our fast-growing lunch platform. You will ensure data integrity, set up users correctly, and support the operations engine behind a scaling startup.

This role requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to work across teams. You’ll train staff, handle payments and licenses, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational data accuracy and correct user setups across systems.

• Train the operations team and act as primary systems support via phone and email.
• Support other Business Operations activities as needed.
